Motel is located conveniently near Dixon-May fairgrounds. Recently redone rooms are comfortable and spotless. Close to 7-Eleven, CVS, and dining options. Fridge and microwave provided. Management is friendly and helpful.
Low shower water pressure. A/C operation slightly challenging.

The room was perfectly clean and had private bathroom plus a microwave and a fridge. Location: the hotel was just next door to fairgrounds as well as central Dixon. The staff were very very nice all of the time.

Located close to the fairgrounds, ideal for early morning events. Immaculately clean rooms with recent updates. Conveniently surrounded by local amenities like a 7-Eleven, CVS, and Mexican grocery store. Rooms equipped with a fridge and microwave for added convenience.
