Great deal for last-minute reservations. The motel was clean and served my needs well. That said, I found that parking could be limited at times, and the refrigerator in our room was quite noisy throughout our stay.

The room was perfectly clean and had private bathroom plus a microwave and a fridge. Location: the hotel was just next door to fairgrounds as well as central Dixon. The staff were very very nice all of the time.

Motel is located conveniently near Dixon-May fairgrounds. Recently redone rooms are comfortable and spotless. Close to 7-Eleven, CVS, and dining options. Fridge and microwave provided. Management is friendly and helpful.
Low shower water pressure. A/C operation slightly challenging.
